Ordering and indicating products, quantities and agreed prices for products or services. Receiving, reading and sorting by priority emails and regular mails. Answering phone calls. Preparing meetings. Ensuring that meetings are efficiently organized and taking meeting minutes. Distribute meeting invitations and confirm meeting and/or event with attendees in writing. Proofread all incoming documentation and edit where possible. Compiling weekly reports of training observation opportunities and email them to respective department. Updating procedures regularly. Schedule appointments utilizing electronic diary. E-file documentation accordingly. Updating new records regularly.
